IBC Canteen

Sodexo – P8, Karlín

The refurbishment aimed at improving the canteen design and making it more appealing for diners from the IBC building. The original concept was based on natural materials (birch veneer, plywood, bio-boards) combined with black. While the tables and floor tiles had to stay, the new features included a food serving counter, check-outs and seating furniture, plus the replaced catering equipment. The space underwent major changes in both the design and logistics of the movement, however due to the budget some of the project´s ideas were left out.

I designed and participated in this project while still working for Kinnars.
