Wenceslas Square 3, Prague 1

The design and the project were prepared for the real estate agency Max Immo, s.r.o. as the potential client. The requirements were rather unusual – 10 employees at a single desk plus their coach, a race track for company competitions in the open space, design of a reception and all top management offices, concept for a relaxation zone in the basement – kitchenette, library, pool table, table football, kick-boxing, relaxation with a view, etc. The project was conceived for 150 employees. Finally, the client decided on a different property and the project was not implemented. I designed this project while still working for Kinnars.
