Waltrovka Residence

As required by the client – Penta Real Estate, the concept of the show apartment was to be based on darker, yet warm, cosy interiors in the “smart” style.
The next goal was to present various standards of apartment fixtures and fittings in combination with products by Hanák Ateliéry and, last but not least, our custom production of atypical elements and complete furniture sets. The basic mocha colour and metal elements run through the whole apartment repeated in different forms, making the apartment cosier. Plasterboards illuminated by led lights, creativity in light arrangement and carefully selected upholstery and their matching colour schemes accentuate the overall impression as well as the intimacy and cosiness of the space.
