Vršovice Residence – Upward Extension of an Apartment Building

Refurbishment of a maisonette apartment with atypical spaces of irregular shapes and angles took in total a year and also included the custom made interior fixtures and fittings. We were in charge of design, technical and building supervision and worked jointly with the construction company engaged by the client. The apartment with 5 residential rooms was very segmented with triangular spaces and high ceilings. Large storage areas were required throughout. Our involvement in the project included the circular ground floor of the living room, custom made quadrant shaped settee, hand-made tiled stove, glass panel railing, terrace entrance and stainless steel railing right up to the roof.
